Time to hand out a few awards for a job well done in the Big 12 this week.

Robert Griffin III, QB, Baylor: RG3 turned in another vintage performance and injected himself back in to the Heisman race with a game-winning 34-yard touchdown pass to Terrance Williams that beat Oklahoma 45-38. He broke his own single-game school record with 479 passing yards and broke his own single-season school record for passing yards. He threw for four touchdowns and led the Bears in rushing, with 72 yards, including a 22-yard scramble to midfield that ignited the game-winning drive.

WACO, Texas–Chalk this one up among the greatest wins in Baylor history.

Art Briles has done a lot of big things at Baylor, but this is among the biggest. Baylor ended one of the most lopsided all-time series in college football with a 45-38 win, the first for the Bears in 21 tries throughout the history of college football.

Missouri fought complex emotions before Saturday’s game, facing a Senior Day without its head coach, Gary Pinkel, who was serving a one-week suspension after a drunk driving arrest earlier in the week.

An emotional day became one of the Tigers’ most memorable, though, after both sides of the ball took turns winning the game, 31-27, for Mizzou against Texas Tech.

James Franklin carried the Tigers on a 10-play, 89-yard drive to take their first lead of the day.
